I just wanted to take a minute to let you know how good a job Bill and Johnny are doing for you. My employees really like those two…they work hard, have a great sense of humor with my staff and clean up after themselves. What more could you want.
I also personally want to thank you for getting the system installed at my house so quickly. The few nights I’ve slept there, the dust issue seems to be resolved. Your son and Bill did a great job thinking outside the box to get the unit to fit and installed properly. I had to leave several times and was quite comfortable with them being at the house alone. Again, it says a lot for your company that you have employees like that.

Dear Florida Air, Gas and Water Services, Inc.,
On March 25th, 2009 I stepped on my accelerator instead of my brake as I was backing into our garage. I dislodged our water heater with enough force to cause a significant amount of damage to my car as well as an internal portion of our home. I called your company, concerned and hoping we would be able to obtain some assistance within 24 hours. One of your employees, Michael Reedy, was at our home within an hour. My 78 year old father-in-law was calmed, our risks were assessed, albeit temporarily, and we were able to get some sleep that night.
The next team that arrived the next morning not only helped us repair the two parts of the water heater that were bent and broken, but they helped me secure the trunk of my car so that I could drive it to the collision folks. John Morton and Bill Pine were as friendly and kind as Michael, and they offered us reassurance and humor.
Thank you for being there for us in many more ways than just as a "Service". It is truly remarkable to have received such timely, friendly and professional help! I will continue to think of you and your company, and will always refer you at every opportunity.

I had the insulation folks in this morning and when they went up in the attic, there was a gap where the mastic had come undone - about a two inch gap he said - I called Pedro and he said he would send the guys over to re-mastic the unit (the insulation guy said it looked like the unit may have just been moved or settled or something and the mastic/sealant broke apart)
I'll follow up with Pedro to make sure they came by.

I have already seen a big difference in my gas bill since I installed the Rinnai tankless water system. After installation of the Rinnai system, my summer months gas bill was was cut by more than 50%. Also the fact that I can have a large number of out of town house guest and never worry about running out of hot water in the middle of a shower is wonderful. What a great system!! Not to mention that its about as green as you can get. The new duct work is also reducing my fall gas bill. I think investing in the new duct work and the Rinnai tankless hot water system was a great investment in my home and one that just keeps on giving and will pay for itself in the coming years.
